A Men’s Mental Health Weekend

Saturday we will be joining RHC for a run/walk and a breathwork session 🏃♂️💫. Sunday is dedicated to a variety of therapy resources and wellness advocates. We will engage in open dialogue around The Male Lens and men’s mental health.
First 20 people to donate will receive a sponsored stash bag with a sponsored facial kit and other sponsored goodies on Sunday! 🌿🍃
All ticket proceeds will be donated to Telpochcalli Community Education Project (TCEP). -
